Alice and her husband Bill have lived in Trophy Club for 28 years. Alice has volunteered for the Allocations & Grants committee, Scholarship Chair, Home Tour committee, Activities Chair, and VP Member ship Development before being elected as President. She is a registered nurse and licensed counselor, but considers herself “retired”! Her passions are wine, basset hounds and olive oil. Bill and Alice have four grown children and 12 grandchildren, plus three loud basset hounds. It is never quiet at their house. Alice is active in the Wine Group, Bunco, Movie Buffs and Critical Thinker’s book club. She also volunteers her time with North Texas Bassett Rescue.
Carol and her husband Tom have lived in Trophy Club for nine years with their Cocker Spaniel Cassee, and she joined TCWC to get to know people and her community. An Army Veteran, Carol has worked for the European Division of the University of Maryland, for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, taught special education and was a corporate meeting/event planner. After leaving the corporate world, she attended culinary school and worked as a manager for Williams-Sonoma. Carol has always been an active volunteer in communities in which she lived. She and Tom have passed their love to travel on to their son, serving in the U.S. Army, and daughter-in-law, who currently live in Boston.
Alyssa Edstrom was born and raised in Trophy Club and got involved with school district and community volunteer efforts at an early age. In 2008, Alyssa was named TC Teenage Citizen of the Year. Alyssa attended Texas Tech University and continued her passion for nonprofit work as Vice President Philanthropy for her sorority and Director of a student organization raising funds for Children's Miracle Network. She graduated with a degree in Public Relations and is the Community Relations Specialist for the Northwest ISD Education Foundation. Alyssa's favorite part of TCWC is meeting new people and staying connected with the community.

Rose and her husband, Tony, moved to Trophy Club 3 years ago after spending 36 years in Arlington. Her step-daughter and son-in-law live in Pennsylvania. Rose has 2 grand children and 4 great grand children all in Pennsylvania. She retired from Alcon Labs 3 years ago. Rose also plays the handbells at her church and likes to fish and scrapbook in her spare time.
Lynda and her husband Nick moved to Trophy Club about 22 years ago and she has been an active member of the community since. Their home has been on the annual Tour several years, and she has served on the Board of Directors in several roles including Vice President, Nominations and Bylaws Chair, and this year she also serves as Town Liason. Lynda is a gourmet cook and loves competing in the State Fair of Texas Cooking Competition. She has entered and won ribbons in the creative arts department of the State Fair for the past 35 years. Fall of 2017, she earned the title "Top Competitor". She is excited to serve on the Board again and looks forward to an wonderful year.
Edwina and her husband Len have lived in Trophy Club for 10 years. Edwina has been an active TCWC member as Ways and Means chairman, Home Tour committee member, Treasurer and a past Parliamentarian. She has a degree in Advertising and has used her degree in volunteering with many organizations in various places that they have lived, such as the American Cancer Society, and a grassroots effort by the governor of Colorado for Drug-Free communities. Len and Edwina enjoy traveling and their ranch west of Ft. Worth. Their son Matthew lives in the DFW area.
