Meetings and Events

General meetings are a great place to get together, see old friends, meet new ones, experience new things and spend some time with the other great women of TCWC.  Each month features a different program.  Most are held at our local Trophy Club Country Club, however, we do have a few meetings held off-site.  The cost is $25 per person, which covers the meeting, your food, water, tea and coffee.  If you wish to purchase beer, wine or a mixed drink please bring extra cash with you to pay the bartender directly.

We accept cash, checks (made payable to TCWC) and ***credit cards at our meetings.

***Credit cards will now be accepted at our general meetings.  We will be running a trial period starting with January's Bunco Bash meeting and ending with April's "Spring Tea" meeting. After this point we will access the usage, fees, etc. Let us know if this is something that you would like and use.

Everyone needs to make a reservation to attend.  IF you have not received a confirmation email from me - then I do not have your reservation.

Note:  If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, please do so no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.  We are required to pay for all reservations made regardless of how many are in attendance. No Shows will be billed.

To attend our programs RSVP to Carol Jansen to by each month's deadline at  or call 817-975-9900.

March 14th - "Snowball Express"

"Serving the children of our fallen military heroes."

Through contributions we give heartbroken children who have seen their darkest hour something they need: happy new memories and love. And, your support honors the fallen who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Snowball Express is one of the few charities dedicated to the children of our nation’s fallen military heroes, but we need your help to accomplish this goal. We need your help to honor these sacrifices, and to give hope for those left behind.
