Activities
TCWC Activities Committee coordinates all club activities. The committee communicates with members about the club activities, as well as the TCWC Board of Directors.

Allocations & Grants
TCWC Allocations & Grants Committee is responsible for all phases of the TCWC grant process. From posting the grant application to the community, decisioning recipients, through to presenting the grants.

BNHS Liaison
TCWC Byron Nelson High School Liaison Committee is responsible for the relationship and communication between TCWC and BNHS. One key activity for this committee is to inform BNHS students of volunteer opportunities with TCWC.

Community Services & Projects
TCWC Community Services & Project Committee helps members participate in the selection of two-three projects a year. Choose from community projects, town initiatives, school programs, to name a few. As part of this effort you will work with others in meeting project requirements.

Garage Sale
TCWC Garage Sale Committee manages our two community-wide garage sale events each year. Held each spring and fall, the committee is responsible for promoting the events, organizing volunteers, working with patrons and coordinating with community partners. TCWC is sanctioned by the town of Trophy Club to hold the twice-yearly garage sale events. Household participants are required to purchase an event permit. Permit proceeds provide funding to the TCWC scholarship program.

TCWC Cares
coordinates kind outreach to
TCWC members in time of need. The committee
organizes meal delivery due to health issues or family loss.

Scholarship
Committee
TCWC Scholarship Committee evaluates Byron Nelson High School seniors who apply for our TCWC scholarships. We offer two scholarships; The General Scholarship, open to all BNHS seniors and The Barbara West Memorial Scholarship, open to the BNHS Culinary/Horticulture students. The committee works with BNHS in awarding the scholarships annually at May's Royal Awards event.

TCWC Social Committee coordinates social activities for TCWC members. One popular event the committee organizes is the Progressive Dinner. New social events are coordinated by this committee.

TCWC Town Liaison is the emissary between the TCWC Board of Directors and the Town of Trophy Club. The Liaison proposes activities for TCWC participation with the Town.
